Do you offer bulk pricing for businesses?

This varies depending on the product in question. Please contact us for a quote and we can provide a bespoke price tailored to your requirements. 

Can you source equipment that isn’t listed on your website?

In most cases, yes. We work closely with manufacturers and distributors and can source a widerange of specialist products on request.

Do you design and install studios?

While we do not design and install studios ourselves, we work with trusted partners who do, allowing us to offer a complete end-end studio solution. 

Do you offer training and/or demos, and advice to help me choose the kit I need?

Yes. Our dedicated sector managers can visit you on site to provide product support and training. We also work closely with our suppliers, who can deliver product‑specific training on request. In addition, we run a range of events throughout the year that may be of interest.

Do you repair equipment purchased elsewhere?

Yes. We have a repair centre, and our B2B team manages the repair process end-to-end.

Can you provide loan equipment during repairs?

Where possible, we aim to support customers while their equipment is being repaired under warranty, particularly where repairs are expected to take several days or weeks. We can also offer discounted rental options and, subject to availability, may be able to provide temporary replacement equipment.

Do you offer international shipping?

At present, we are only able to invoice and deliver within the UK and Northern Ireland.

What support do you offer after purchase?

We provide ongoing support via phone, email and in person through our dedicated account managers and sector managers.
